Australian and New Zealand Orders

Orders made for delivery to Australian addresses receive free standard shipping on all orders via local standard road/air freight. Please allow 3 weeks between order date and delivery on Custom Birth Prints.

International Orders

Orders made for delivery to international addresses outside of Australia and New Zealand incur a flat rate $20AUD shipping fee. Shipping fee added at checkout.

A2 Custom Birth Prints are shipped rolled in a cardboard post pack. We recommend transfering straight to an A2 poster hanger or frame.

Returns

Custom Birth Prints are printed using the exact wording you send through on purchase. Please ensure that each and every detail is correct before confirming your order in the Cart. We do not offer returns upon accidental order errors on the customer’s behalf (please see Terms and Conditions).

We do offer refunds on faulty products subject to our discretion. If you find that your order is damaged or incorrect upon opening the postal packet, please send us an email and a photo of the incorrect print and we will provide you with the details on how to return it. Once the print is received and confirmed faulty by Euphoria House/printing fault, a full refund of the purchase amount will be forwarded to you.

Please note, refunds will only be issued within 7 days after you receive your order. Contact us right away if there is a problem.
